ONE96 is a unique place where you feel comfortable and safe. Due to the set up of the place (each suite is on one floor, with the lift going up directly to your own floor) and the personal genuine service of the team you feel very special.

Great facilities provided by friendly, helpful staff in a great location. Kitchenette and washer/dryer in the room means you can cook and clean if needed, very convenient. Excellent location in Central, the heart of the Island.

Location was perfect. Close to the MTR and loads of excellent places to eat. The apartment had everything we needed - washer, iron etc. and the staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and quite spacious for HK.

One96 was a great hotel for our week-long stay in Hong Kong. The staff are all extremely helpful; in particular, the gentleman working the night shift went above and beyond to help us with our questions and needs.

location is so great that you need no other amenities. and the idea of having the whole floor makes it super quiet and private.
